every new client asks before their first order.
We specialise in clipping path, background removal, ghost mannequin effect, drop shadow, image masking, product retouching, fashion and beauty retouching, and color correction. All work is done manually in Adobe Photoshop with AI-assisted tools where appropriate.
Send us up to 3 images with your brief. We retouch them and deliver within 48 hours completely free, no credit card required. If you’re happy with the quality, we discuss your ongoing order. No pressure.
We accept JPEG, PNG, PSD, TIFF, and RAW files. We deliver in your preferred format most clients request high-resolution JPEG and transparent PNG. Layered PSD files available on request.
Google Drive, WeTransfer, Dropbox, or FTP whichever works for you. For large bulk orders we can set up a shared folder system so files flow automatically.
Standard delivery is 48 hours. Rush delivery (24 hours) is available for most services. For bulk orders of 100+ images, we agree on a batch delivery schedule upfront so your workflow isn’t disrupted.
Yes. All orders include revisions until you are satisfied with the result. We do not close a job until you approve it.
